Lead and grow cloud-native engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance SaaS data protection systems. Combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, partner with Product, drive execution, adopt AI-enabled practices, optimize performance, and improve developer experience, reliability, and cross-team collaboration.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption, value, and renewals of HYCU SaaS and enterprise cloud solutions. Provide architecture guidance, troubleshoot complex multi-cloud data protection issues, promote consumption, enable customers and partners, and collaborate with product, engineering, and account teams to ensure successful deployments and outcomes.

Define and own end-to-end architecture for generative AI data-insight platforms (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agents). Design scalable cloud-native systems, ensure reliability/security/compliance, provide technical leadership, create reference architectures, collaborate with product/security, review implementations, and mitigate technical risks.

Design, maintain, and evolve knowledge schemas, graphs, and semantic layers to ground LLM-driven AI systems. Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to ensure explainability, lineage, and high-quality knowledge coverage for enterprise-scale retrieval and reasoning.

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts in the DACH region, leveraging understanding of data protection and engaging with stakeholders to close deals.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platforms to ensure data quality, availability, and AI-readiness. Support analytics and Generative AI workloads, enable feature stores and embeddings, monitor pipeline performance, resolve data issues, and implement validation, documentation, and lineage standards while collaborating with AI, analytics, and product teams.
