The Account Executive will drive client acquisition and revenue growth through consultative sales, managing the full sales cycle for mid- to large-sized businesses.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across North America by hunting, full sales-cycle management, upselling existing clients, and closing mid-to-large B2B and venture-backed accounts. Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to improve the platform and sales materials, track and exceed quota, and engage senior stakeholders (CFOs, partners, business owners).

Responsible for designing and implementing sales enablement programs, managing onboarding for new hires, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

Create enablement assets, run training, partner with Product/Marketing, track ramp and adoption metrics, and continuously improve programs to reduce ramp time and increase sales effectiveness across regions and products.

Support the legal team with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, maintaining contract lifecycle and repository, researching LATAM regulatory issues, assisting corporate governance and cross-border documentation, supporting diligence for fundraising/audits, and using AI tools to automate and speed legal workflows.

Design, deliver, and scale sales onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for SDRs, AEs, and GTM teams.
