Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services teams, owning delivery, team health, technical direction, operational excellence, hiring, and engineer development. Shape portfolio priorities across secure build, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images while balancing roadmap work, reliability, on-call, and stakeholder commitments. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams, guide distributed-systems and infrastructure decisions, oversee incidents and production operations, and establish clear ownership across team interfaces. The role requires strong backend engineering judgment, software supply-chain security understanding, and leadership across remote European and US teams.

Owns partner and internal sales enablement across channel, hyperscaler, systems integrator, and technology ISV ecosystems. Designs training, certification, GTM content, co-sell plays, account-mapping frameworks, and partner portal programs. Enables field teams and partners around Docker’s AI Governance motion, tracks readiness and pipeline KPIs, and connects enablement investments to revenue outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of self-service platform capabilities: provisioning, deployment, observability, and multi-region networking. Drive RFCs and cross-team alignment, build APIs (primarily in Go), implement Terraform/GitOps flows, improve EKS reliability and Grafana-based SLOs, and reduce operational toil via safe, auditable automation. Own on-call rotation and platform adoption outcomes.

Serve as a senior technical leader for strategic customers, driving container and AI adoption across pre- and post-sales. Lead prototyping, create custom demos/content, coordinate field feedback with product and engineering, deliver enablement to technical and executive audiences, and represent Docker in customer and partner engagements (up to 50% travel).

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to lead GTM FP&A: forecasting, headcount and Opex management, bookings/ARR metrics, quota and pipeline modeling, ROI/unit-economics analysis, compensation modeling, automation and AI-driven reporting, and board-level reporting. Build scalable analytics, AI-powered workflows, and drive monthly/quarterly planning and business reviews.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise customers, drive adoption and expansion of Docker products, conduct health and maturity reviews, design complex adoption plans, lead executive business reviews, translate customer needs into product feedback, and mentor/scale TAM practices.

Serve as a trusted technical seller for strategic accounts: lead technical discovery, shape requirements, design and run PoCs, provide AI governance and supply-chain security guidance, build champion relationships, and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion.

Prospect and qualify commercial and enterprise customers, identify needs, assess interest in Docker products, and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives. Manage inbound inquiries, conduct outreach through calls, email, chat, and social media, maintain Salesforce hygiene and pipeline data, meet prospecting KPIs, share customer feedback, and collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams.

Leads Sales Operations architecture, territory design, segmentation, quota allocation, annual planning, sales technology strategy, and operational initiatives. Manages Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and related vendors, budgets, and roadmaps while partnering with senior Sales and GTM leaders. Directly manages and develops a team, ensuring data integrity, process precision, and effective execution across sales operations workstreams.

Lead customer onboarding and provisioning for Docker customers across EMEA. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support to improve workflows, automation, tooling, and customer transitions. Guide customers through personalized onboarding and migration journeys, maintain strong relationships, resolve complex issues, document solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency, scalability, satisfaction, and revenue impact before transitioning customers to Customer Success Management.
