Responsibilities include market analysis, API integration research, requirements definition, stakeholder validation, data-driven product experimentation, and collaboration with development, QA, sales, and sales engineering teams. The role requires strong technical product management experience, familiarity with endpoint management and IT operations, go-to-market expertise, and excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Own the ControlUp for VDI product roadmap, from customer discovery and requirements through delivery, quality, adoption, and go-to-market. Partner with engineering, QA, AI, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver agentic AI, automation, monitoring, and proactive remediation for VDI environments. Track ecosystem changes across Citrix, Omnissa, Microsoft, Parallels, and hypervisors, use telemetry and customer feedback to prioritize decisions, and drive competitive differentiation.

Own the full lifecycle of enterprise DACH accounts: drive adoption, measure outcomes, identify and mitigate account risk, build executive stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal teams for implementations, and advocate customer needs across product, support, and sales. Some travel required.
