Lead end-to-end embedded software development for regulated medical monitoring devices. Own architecture, technical roadmaps, risk mitigation, implementation, verification, release, and sustaining support. Perform vulnerability scanning, secure code analysis, penetration testing, fuzz testing, and CWE/CVE analysis. Lead cross-functional cybersecurity improvements, resolve technical constraints, support regulatory interactions, and ensure compliance with quality systems and design controls.

Lead technical cost-out and supplier development projects to deliver material/component cost reductions, supply resilience, and margin improvement. Perform should-cost, clean-sheet, teardown analyses; drive specification changes, trials, validations, and cross-functional execution with Procurement, R&D, Quality, and Operations. Track initiatives end-to-end and ensure regulatory compliance and handover to operations.
