As a Business Analyst within the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) Team, you will support data analytics and commercial operations across the Western Europe (WEU) region. Based in Poland, you will work closely with commercial teams, finance partners, and local bids & tenders stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency.Main areas for the position:- A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU
- Supporting the following tasks:
- preparation of distributor end user and price claims data
- maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams
- development of Excel based tools used by the direct & wider CommEx team
- Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders’ teams
- Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks
- Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders’ teams to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Perform WEU distributor price claims, working with Commercial partners for approval
- Work closely with the Finance A2R team in Warsaw
- Processing of distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting
- Provide local analytical support
- Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills:
- MS Office Applications: (Excel, PowerPivot, Access)
- Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged
- University degree, (Finance, Economics preferred)
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key partners across WEU; both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural attitude with the ability to communicate optimally with individuals from a variety of groups
- Demonstrate ownership for achieving results
- Ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed
- Flexible approach to problem-solving
