Provides financial leadership for Baxter’s global upstream ITP division, partnering with Marketing, Business Development, R&D, and Supply Chain. Leads portfolio strategy, new product investment analysis, business development finance, R&D governance, capital allocation, planning, forecasting, performance management, and supply chain investment decisions. Translates complex financial analysis into executive recommendations, manages a team of 4–5 employees, and influences cross-functional stakeholders to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and free cash flow.

Supports Asia-Pacific procure-to-pay users and procurement systems, resolving issues and administering Coupa, BSM, I-Contract, and SharePoint. Prepares metrics, supports technology upgrades, delivers user training, ensures process compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement projects. The role requires procurement systems expertise, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and experience working globally in a matrixed environment.

Supports Baxter’s cardiac monitoring sales and customer operations by processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, responding to inquiries, managing lead and account setup activities, coordinating shipment issues with warehouse partners, documenting transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with inventory tracking and device recycling.

Support Baxter's global banking and treasury operations by administering bank account activities, coordinating banking changes for transformations, managing documentation and approval workflows, maintaining bank portal access and treasury master data in Kyriba, and assisting liquidity management, cash positioning, and treasury operational reporting while ensuring controls and compliance.

Plans and executes performance testing for enterprise and cloud applications, including load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing. Develops and maintains automated test scripts, analyzes bottlenecks, recommends tuning strategies, and defines performance criteria, KPIs, and SLAs. Collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and operations teams, produces performance reports, and promotes shift-left testing practices throughout the SDLC.

Supports supply chain analytics users through troubleshooting, training, documentation, data validation, and report deployment. Maintains data quality for sprint reporting, leads weekly development sprint calls, removes project roadblocks, escalates data issues, and provides ad hoc analytics. The role partners with supply chain planning teams to identify reporting gaps and improve analytics tools and processes.

Coordinate FP&A activities including cash flow projections, budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and monthly reporting. Load forecast adjustments, analyze budget-to-actual variances, identify business and operational risks, and advise Finance leadership. Collaborate with divisional finance leaders, the Global Delivery Center, and cross-functional teams while maintaining reporting quality, controls, process documentation, and management reporting packages.

Leads electrical engineering for medical device sustenance, new product development, and product lifecycle management. Designs analog and digital circuits, power systems, and embedded controls; defines architectures, requirements, verification, validation, and test methods. Oversees EMI/EMC compliance, manufacturing transition, troubleshooting, quality, regulatory, and design controls. Coordinates engineers and technicians while collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant products and technical strategies.

Provides Tier 1 HR support through chat, email, and ticketing systems; responds to employee questions, processes Workday transactions, maintains accurate HRMS data, supports onboarding and offboarding, documents cases, meets SLAs, and escalates complex issues. The role also supports audits, compliance, employee documentation, and HR process improvements while working rotational shifts across regional operations.

Leads margin improvement, medical device manufacturing, and new product projects. Identifies cost-saving opportunities, evaluates feasibility and savings, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages schedules and budgets, and leads Kaizen, VAVE, and workshop events. Develops and executes process validations, including IQ, SV, DOE, OQ, PQ, and TMV, while ensuring compliance with FDA quality system requirements, ISO standards, and GMPs. Supports process improvements, line transfers, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and team development.
