Manage daily rental department operations, including staff supervision, hiring, scheduling, customer service, reservations, insurance verification, payments, accounts receivable, reporting, and communication with Accounting and fleet leasing clients. Develops fleet management sales strategies, identifies and qualifies prospects, builds client relationships, delivers presentations, negotiates contracts, and closes new business. Sells fleet leasing, maintenance, fuel, outsourcing, software, and consulting solutions to commercial organizations. Manages client onboarding, collaborates with internal teams, analyzes market and competitive intelligence, and supports long-term customer commitments. The role requires Houston-area residency and up to 50% travel.

Coordinates product communications, training, enablement, launch messaging, and marketing collateral across product, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams. Translates technical product details into audience-specific content, maintains knowledge resources, and supports go-to-market initiatives. Builds Power BI dashboards and recurring reports tracking product adoption, performance, KPIs, and OKRs to inform product strategy, campaigns, and training.

Develops new business for fleet leasing and management solutions by identifying prospects, generating leads, presenting and negotiating solutions, and closing long-term client commitments. Builds referral-source and client relationships, analyzes fleet-management needs, delivers consultative recommendations, and supports customer onboarding. Collaborates with internal teams, provides competitive intelligence, and manages sales pipelines while traveling across the North East region.
