Lead Nightfall’s distributed engineering organization across the Bay Area and Bangalore. Own architecture, delivery, engineering processes, technical strategy, team development, and collaboration with Product and executive leadership. Remain hands-on with architecture and complex technical challenges while building a high-performing engineering culture. Champion secure development, data protection, incident response, root cause analysis, and scalable software delivery in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Communicate Nightfall’s AI-native data loss prevention value to security, compliance, and engineering stakeholders. Partner with Account Executives to schedule meetings and provide clean lead handoffs, maintain accurate CRM activity, and improve outreach using performance data and feedback.

Build Nightfall AI’s revenue operations and GTM engineering function from scratch. Own CRM architecture, forecasting, quota and territory planning, reporting, GTM data quality, automation workflows, process design, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The role requires hands-on development of AI-enabled GTM automations, strong revenue analytics, and strategic partnership with executive leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Design and develop data exfiltration prevention apps and services on MacOS. Maintain mission-critical agents and troubleshoot customer issues.

Build and operate low-latency, real-time microservices and high-volume streaming data pipelines. Develop secure authentication and API services, maintain mission-critical databases, instrument systems for per-customer visibility, and produce service documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain Windows endpoint agents, drivers, system extensions and services to prevent data exfiltration. Own features from design through delivery, troubleshoot customer issues, perform kernel-level debugging and reverse engineering, and produce internal and public documentation.

Owns the full talent and people function for Nightfall’s India team, including full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, agency management, onboarding, employee relations, culture initiatives, and Bengaluru office operations. The role partners with global People leadership, finance, and hiring managers on headcount planning, compliance, hiring strategy, and people programs. Success requires cybersecurity recruiting expertise, strong people operations experience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing startup.

Own the full sales cycle to identify, qualify, and close net-new enterprise customers across the East region. Build C-level relationships, deliver tailored demos and value presentations, forecast pipeline in CRM, partner cross-functionally, and exceed quarterly and annual new-business revenue targets while staying current on industry trends.

Lead West-region enterprise new-business sales: build and execute territory plans, qualify and close net-new customers, own full sales cycle, engage C-level and security stakeholders, deliver tailored demos/POVs, forecast pipeline, and exceed revenue targets.
