Provide 100% onsite IT field services at a hospital: troubleshoot, configure, install, maintain and retire hardware/software; manage incidents and requests to SLAs; perform deployments, change control, inventory/ITAM, end-user training, and participate in projects. Travel and on-call support required.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of compensation strategy and programs for assigned areas. Lead enterprise internal change communications and activation: develop strategic communication plans, advise senior leaders, translate transformation initiatives into clear messaging, mitigate change resistance, drive alignment and storytelling, coach and develop communication advisors, and partner across functions to ensure consistent, two-way communications.

Provide administrative support for the Medical Education office including scheduling, travel and expense processing, meeting coordination, phone/visitor reception, document creation and reporting, filing confidential records, basic research, and office supply/equipment management.

Perform advanced financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions, capital planning, and compliance. Lead financial projects, mentor staff, interpret accounting standards, apply Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement rules, and present findings to senior leadership while driving process improvements and systems utilization.

Provide operational and technical support for video collaboration, telehealth, and digital media platforms. Set up and operate video conferencing systems, troubleshoot and escalate issues, perform upgrades and maintenance, manage AV inventory, coordinate vendors, and maintain user directories and documentation. Support weekend and evening events.

Provide comprehensive paralegal support for contracts, corporate records, regulatory research, litigation support, due diligence, document production, and matter management. Draft and review legal documents, assist attorneys, manage workflows and deadlines, mentor paralegals, and serve as an internal resource on contracting and compliance within a healthcare legal environment.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to assigned leaders, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, and complex employee relations. Develop HR programs and metrics, coach leaders, ensure compliance, and deliver learning to build leadership capability. Liaise between HR operations and the business; support change initiatives and drive data-informed HR solutions.
