Provide second-tier Linux system administration for large-scale, multi-site deployments. Manage Red Hat systems, virtualization, storage (SAN, FC), clustered filesystems, security hardening, automated installs, scripting, backup, performance tuning, and support for developers and users.

Lead web design and theme/template development, create custom website graphics and interfaces, manage CMS content and migrations (Sitefinity, Dreamweaver), implement forms/surveys/RSS/search/web analytics, and lead teams with strong technical and people skills. Agile experience preferred.
