Manage day-to-day international shipment activities for key accounts, coordinate with agents and cross-functional teams, process transport documentation, update systems with costs/status, follow customer SOPs, and provide shipment updates to customers to optimize cost and transit efficiency.

Sell PGL logistics and 3PL services across a major geography; build and maintain client partnerships and key accounts; recommend and negotiate logistics solutions, pricing, and contracts; collaborate with operations to implement solutions; analyze markets and prepare sales forecasts to meet revenue targets.

Manage and optimize domestic logistics and distribution operations for a 3PL/freight forwarder. Oversee shipments, carrier management, regulatory compliance, cost analysis, reporting, and team guidance to meet customer service, timeliness, and efficiency objectives.

Manage day-to-day international export/import shipment operations for key customer accounts, coordinating with agents and cross-functional teams, processing transportation activities, maintaining shipment documentation and costs, ensuring SOP and compliance adherence, and providing customers with status updates and solutions.

Manage and optimize supply chain activities including forecasting, supplier performance, procurement, transportation selection, and process implementation. Monitor shipments, generate exception and POD reports, support carrier claims, coordinate with planners and suppliers, and document workflows to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and high customer service.

Manage station logistics, operations, P&L, and customer relationships for a 3PL/freight forwarding operation. Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, compliance, carrier management, reporting, sales onboarding, staffing, and process improvements to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness goals.
