Processes accounts receivable transactions, invoices, payments, and financial records using accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases. Reconciles accounts, identifies discrepancies, prepares billing statements and financial reports, receives and records cash and checks, matches orders with invoices, and maintains accurate documentation. The role also performs general clerical duties, responds to account inquiries, follows applicable policies, and supports internal teams and clients.

Monitor shipments, generate exception and POD reports, support carrier claims, coordinate with planners and suppliers, and document workflows to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and high customer service.

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that use AI, machine learning, and automation to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. Perform market research, competitive analysis, campaign optimization, CRM and marketing automation integrations, SEO/SEM and paid media optimization, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, IT, and product teams to measure and improve marketing ROI.

Manage and optimize trade show logistics and 3PL operations, resolving transportation issues, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring compliance, negotiating carrier rates, maintaining metrics/reports, and supervising logistics staff to meet client service and performance objectives.
