Executive leader responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, market share, customer expansion, and sales organization performance. Oversees new equipment, aftermarket, dock and door, inside sales, business intelligence, and marketing functions. Develops sales strategy, forecasting, performance metrics, customer relationships, marketing direction, and cross-functional alignment while managing P&L and financial results. Requires regional travel and executive-level leadership across a complex industrial sales organization.

Coordinates the full sales order lifecycle from receipt through delivery, including purchase orders, invoices, transportation, installation scheduling, costing, and customer communication. Supports sales representatives, calculates gross profit, assists with commission reporting, resolves billing and order issues, and collaborates across accounting, purchasing, service, operations, and other teams. Requires strong organization, accuracy, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.

Processes ACH, check, and credit card payments; applies payments to invoices; reconciles deposits; submits customer-portal invoices; resolves discrepancies; supports collections, customer onboarding, account setup, and documentation. Communicates with customers and internal teams, identifies credit risks, maintains records, provides phone coverage, and assists with accounting projects. The role requires accurate, organized transactional work onsite five days per week.

Manage customer payments and cash receipts in EBS, monitor aging invoices, perform collections and dispute resolution, apply credits, onboard customers in EBS/Billtrust, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.

Lead a team of accountants to improve month-end close, reporting, controls, and process automation. Manage reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, documentation, and cross-functional process improvements to increase timeliness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
