Requires strong technical aptitude, Agile delivery leadership, ALM tool experience, and expertise with scaled Agile practices.

Lead architecture, full-stack development, and delivery across web, mobile, backend, and AWS serverless platforms. Design event-driven systems, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and deployment strategies. Prototype and validate solutions using Claude, Amazon Bedrock, and other GenAI tools. Provide technical leadership, review designs and code, resolve production issues, mentor engineers, establish AI engineering practices, and participate in rotational on-call support.
