Lead and mentor engineering teams to design, build, and scale high-performance, distributed systems. Drive architecture, engineering excellence, predictable delivery, and AI-first practices by integrating LLMs and automation across the development lifecycle. Partner cross-functionally to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investments and improve developer productivity and software quality.
