First-line technical support for customers across chat/call/email: troubleshoot DNS, domains, hosting, email and CMS issues; follow up, escalate, test products, report bugs, and suggest process improvements. Role works rotational 24/7 shifts.

Own the connective layer that makes a portfolio of product agents behave as a single coherent experience. Define agent discovery, invocation, hand-off, accountability, and shared primitives (identity, context, memory, routing, guardrails). Set interface strategy across portal, APIs, MCP, and connectors; establish standards, metrics, and a multi-quarter roadmap; align cross-functional teams to ship measurable agentic journeys.

Lead content-driven SEO strategy across markets: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, localization, competitor analysis, and performance reporting. Collaborate with technical teams, content creators, and translators to scale organic visibility, optimize for AI/LLM surfaces, and drive conversions.

Provide voice-based technical support for domain and hosting products, meet productivity and quality targets, troubleshoot basic domain/web hosting issues, use proprietary web/telephony/database tools, follow customer data protocols, close service requests, and accept permanent graveyard shifts.

Partner with Sales to drive revenue by delivering technical expertise, demos, POCs, and solution designs for Bluehost products. Qualify opportunities, document requirements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enable sales and ensure successful technical implementations.
