Owns the architecture, design, development, integrations, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. Configures platform components, establishes development standards, resolves complex issues, maintains Service Portal pages, and partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable, upgrade-safe solutions. Maintains documentation, inventory, site readiness, and support procedures while assisting executive and VIP users. Mentors Level 1 technicians and requires some travel from the Denver office.

Provides frontline IT support across multiple facilities, resolving incidents, break/fix issues, access requests, device problems, software needs, and routine administrative tasks. Provisions devices, installs software, tracks assets, documents resolutions, supports executives and VIP users, and participates in deployments, upgrades, office moves, and inventory projects. Collaborates with Level 2 technicians while developing technical independence and supporting cross-site operations.

Maintains multi-site physical and virtual server infrastructure, Windows and Linux systems, identity platforms, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backups, DNS, DHCP, and file services. Oversees monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, documentation, system hardening, and infrastructure changes. Serves as the Level 2 escalation point, supports upgrades and deployments, coordinates vendors, and enables reliable IT operations within a manufacturing and engineering environment.

Leads global category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain resiliency for hyperscale data-center cooling infrastructure. Manages substantial spend across chillers, CRAHs, AHUs, containment, liquid cooling, and related systems. Partners with engineering, operations, and construction teams; develops supplier capacity; mitigates supply risks; monitors commodity markets and refrigerant regulations; and presents recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Supervise daily mining and data center operations at the Corsicana facility. Coordinate staffing, task assignments, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, safety compliance, inspections, records, incident documentation, and workflow optimization. Lead and develop operators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement while maintaining productivity and safe site operations.

Leads the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across offices, manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and data centers. Manages network engineering staff, oversees troubleshooting and infrastructure projects, maintains monitoring and documentation, manages firewalls and access controls, and coordinates with internal teams, service providers, field operations, and vendors. The role is hands-on and responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing connectivity across multiple locations.

Lead and scale the investor relations function: craft investor messaging and materials, manage engagement strategy (earnings, roadshows, conferences), advise executives, run IR systems and CRM, monitor market and analyst sentiment, and build relationships with sell-side analysts and investors to align external communications with strategy.
