The Tax Senior/Manager will prepare and review tax returns, provide tax planning advice, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and ensure operational excellence with at least 5 years of public accounting experience.

Manage and improve the firm's full-cycle recruiting program, lead campus recruiting and onboarding initiatives, source and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, track recruiting metrics, represent the firm at university events, and support additional firm operations as needed.
