Manage end-to-end client onboarding for funds, SPVs, and investment-manager entities. Collect and review KYC/CIP, regulatory, and account setup documents; perform OFAC and adverse media screenings; create client records; ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; collaborate with legal, compliance, tax, and operations; use external registries and research sources; and support process improvement initiatives to meet onboarding deadlines.

Draft and negotiate financing and securities documentation, ensure regulatory compliance (FINRA, Reg T/U, Dodd-Frank, SBS rules), and partner with Credit, Risk, Operations and front-office on legal, operational and risk matters.
