Leads strategy, operations, delivery, integration, governance, and continuous improvement for Oracle Fusion ERP and related enterprise applications. Partners with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, PMO, and technology teams to align roadmaps, manage releases, improve reliability and data quality, oversee vendors and budgets, and drive modernization. Builds and develops application, integration, and support teams while ensuring security, compliance, service management, and operational excellence.

Resolves employee and manager inquiries, manages HR cases, maintains confidential records, supports benefits communications, generates reports, assists with compliance and process improvement, and delivers customer-focused service through phone, email, and case management systems.

Serve as a strategic HR partner aligning HR strategies with business goals, advising leaders on workforce planning, talent, employee and labor relations, compliance, investigations, change management, and performance improvement to support organizational objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor on talent management, leading performance management, succession planning, workforce forecasting, culture and change initiatives, employee engagement, and data-driven measurement of talent interventions.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals for ambulatory service lines. Provide expert guidance on employee and labor relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave, compliance, investigations, and workforce planning. Lead change initiatives, talent strategies, training, and succession planning while using data to drive decisions and mitigate risk. Foster partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence and with union representatives as needed to support a compliant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Lead the System Operations Command Center's operational innovation function: identify high-impact use cases, manage intake-to-scale delivery for analytics/AI-enabled solutions, develop roadmaps and governance, measure value, coordinate cross-functional partners, and lead a team to implement operational improvements across patient flow, capacity, workforce, and logistics.
