The VP of Treasury Management develops business, supports clients, cross-sells services, manages commercial client portfolios, and conducts training sessions.

Support corporate internal communications and company culture by managing and growing the intranet, curating content, analyzing engagement data, producing internal stories and newsletters, coordinating content calendars, training site managers, and partnering with business units to handle communications requests and troubleshooting.

Serve as an experienced front-line banker handling account openings for consumer and commercial clients, teller backup duties, loan processing, customer service (lobby and phone), problem resolution, cross-selling products, and collaborating with relationship managers and treasury to grow client relationships while following policies, audit guidelines, and security procedures.

Underwrite complex commercial loans (CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, tax credits) focusing on cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and borrowing base monitoring. Review financial statements and borrowing base certificates, support relationship managers and lending officers in structuring transactions, participate in loan committee meetings, coach junior credit staff, and ensure follow-up, covenant compliance, and pipeline/loan maturity oversight.

Manage implementation and adoption of internal and third-party solutions through project management, training, documentation, risk management, and team leadership of the Solutions Implementation group and business analysts.

Manage SBA guarantee filings and act as primary liaison with the SBA for defaulted/problem loans. Prepare UPP, Care and Preservation, and Wrap Up reports; track problem loans and related expenses; coordinate inspections and denied-claim responses; support RMG, Compliance, Legal, and senior management reporting; complete SBA servicing training and maintain Kansas notary.

Drive new deposit and treasury fee income by prospecting, networking, and teaming with Relationship Managers. Build and service a portfolio of commercial clients, present treasury solutions and proposals, conduct client reviews, provide training, and cross-sell bank products.

The VP, Resolution Management manages commercial loan portfolios, reducing bank losses through loan workouts and financial analysis, while negotiating repayment terms.

The VP, Relationship Manager develops and manages commercial loan accounts, enhances client relationships, and delivers financial solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Provide administrative support to senior management and relationship managers, including scheduling, travel coordination, Salesforce and financial record keeping, event/project coordination, confidential correspondence, presentations, cross-department liaison, and other office duties.
