Prepare UPP, Care and Preservation, and Wrap Up reports; track problem loans and related expenses; coordinate inspections and denied-claim responses; support RMG, Compliance, Legal, and senior management reporting; complete SBA servicing training and maintain Kansas notary.

Drive new deposit and treasury fee income by prospecting, networking, and teaming with Relationship Managers. Build and service a portfolio of commercial clients, present treasury solutions and proposals, conduct client reviews, provide training, and cross-sell bank products.

The VP, Resolution Management manages commercial loan portfolios, reducing bank losses through loan workouts and financial analysis, while negotiating repayment terms.
