Optimize SQL Server queries, design event-driven workflows, enhance search and data projections, and modernize platform components using .NET 8+, Svelte.js, and containerized deployments. Adapt design systems for complex information architectures, structured content, large datasets, and AI-generated outputs. Shape product direction, contribute to design critiques, and improve workflows for law firms and corporate legal teams.

Own Clio’s end-to-end product portfolio and customer experience for Italy. Develop the market roadmap, drive localization and regulatory readiness, launch multilingual SaaS features, and influence central teams to prioritize Italian needs. Build relationships with Italian legal practitioners and professional bodies, translate local legal requirements into product specifications, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Apply AI, data, and technical fluency to make product decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Coordinates enterprise marketing operations across events and community programs. Manages project plans, budgets, purchase orders, contracts, vendors, invoices, and finance reconciliations while supporting event logistics and stakeholder communication. Maintains operational systems, calendars, documentation, and process improvements, serving as an administrative partner to marketing leadership. Requires strong organization, spreadsheet and procurement-platform skills, contract-routing experience, and frequent travel across the GTA and United States.

Lead detection and incident response across corporate security systems.
