The Manager of Account Management is responsible for leading a team to enhance customer success, drive retention, and foster relationships while optimizing processes and workflows for a SaaS environment.

Collaborate with AEs, document activities in Salesforce, meet daily KPIs, report weekly, and develop sales skills through training. Role is Dublin-based with occasional international travel.

Lead a team of ML engineers to design, build, and productionize LLM/GenAI and agentic systems (retrieval, tool use, orchestration). Collaborate cross-functionally with MLOps, product, and data science, review code, mentor engineers, run technical evaluations and proofs-of-concept, and ensure reliable, safe ML deployments for a large SaaS product.

Administer and govern the revenue enablement tech stack (LetterAI, Seismic, Gong, Consensus), configure certification and AI role-play workflows, manage content taxonomy and access, build adoption and certification reports, deliver end-user training, and partner with Operations and Programs to align tools to launches and OKRs.

Lead end-to-end product design for real-time insights, reporting, and analytics in a legal SaaS product. Translate complex data and domain logic into scalable, accessible UI patterns, prototype AI-powered features, conduct customer research, and partner with product and engineering to drive strategy, launches, and iterative improvements.

Hands-on technical leader building and operating client-facing invoicing features in Clio Manage. Own full lifecycle from design to monitoring, collaborate across payments, accounting, and reporting teams, review code, mentor others, and work in an agile, cross-functional environment.
