Drive service business growth across Cyprus by managing and expanding a portfolio of elevator and escalator service accounts. Secure new maintenance contracts, identify repair and modernization opportunities, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with field teams, and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Drive commercial activity for elevator sales: prospect and capture clients, plan and execute visits, follow up on collections, produce commercial reporting, coordinate with technical teams, and attend delegation meetings to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Primary employee relations contact for (German-speaking) Switzerland: resolve conflicts, mediate, analyze cases to surface learning, coach managers, act as HR operations SME, ensure smooth process handovers, collaborate with HR Ops/SSC, support HR projects and deliver HR reports and insights.

Sell new elevators and related equipment for new and existing buildings in the IDF region. Develop client portfolio, respond to bids, advise architects/engineers, meet device and revenue targets, and maintain strong professional networks.

Conseil quotidien aux équipes RH, managers et directions sur le droit du travail et la sécurité sociale. Gérer dossiers individuels (discipline, ruptures, inaptitudes, contentieux) et ATMP. Participer au dialogue social (CSE, négociations d'accords), animer formations, assurer veille juridique et accompagner projets de transformation.

Manage commercial aspects of projects across the full order-to-cash process: validate project billing prerequisites, coordinate invoicing with shared services, handle payment allocations, monitor receivables and dunning, manage guarantees and provisions, support month/year-end closings, and continuously improve financial processes and data quality.

Provide telephone customer support and advice, follow up on and prepare repair/repair-price offers using the T-Festpreisprogramm, select and review revision reports, escalate technical cases to T-Desk experts, and report to the regional T-Desk Team Lead.

Sell and engineer elevator and escalator solutions: prepare calculations, configurations and offers; support bids; develop regional real estate market opportunities; collaborate with investors, architects and installation teams; manage contracts, modernization projects and reporting; maintain customer relationships and coordinate project execution with operations.
