Manage and execute engineering projects from concept through commissioning, controlling scope, schedule, budget and risk. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide engineering/design support, select and procure equipment, manage contractors, and ensure HSE and quality compliance. Support testing, fabrication, and site integration activities and mentor team members.

Perform general administrative duties on a drilling rig and camp: manage correspondence, radio/fax communications, typing, timesheets, personnel records, crew scheduling, travel and accommodation arrangements, and maintain positive relations with crew and third‑party service personnel to support safe rig operations.

Lead business development for CANRIG and NDS in the Far East: identify and negotiate partnerships, create tactical BD and market penetration plans, prepare tenders, visit clients, monitor performance against targets, and manage sales/contract processes.

Manage and coordinate engineering and project activities for drilling rig-up projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop AFEs, prepare material requisitions, oversee QA/QC, interface with suppliers/customers, track schedules and budgets, supervise rig-up crews, and support Engineering & Technical Services with specifications and standards.

Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs. Assess needs, manage LMS data, produce reports, monitor compliance, coordinate courses, troubleshoot LMS issues, partner with leaders and SMEs to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness.

Lead design, analysis, and support of LV/MV power distribution and machine control systems for drilling equipment. Own technical deliverables, develop schematics and control architectures, specify PLC/PAC and HMI/SCADA, perform power studies, ensure code and hazardous-location compliance, support commissioning/FAT/SAT, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, implement, deploy, and support control systems for land-based drilling rigs. Perform integration and acceptance testing, troubleshoot systems, provide field technical support, document designs and procedures, and train junior engineers and technicians while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
