RIG ADMINISTRATIVE

Carries out all administrative duties necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the rig. ResponsibilitiesCarries out all routine administration duties on the rig and at camp including fax telex and radio transmissions and receipt. General typing and correspondence. Takes owner ship of assigned tasks, and works actively on alternative solutions if required to achieve the task. Prepares monthly time sheets and time sheet analysis for all staff Responsible for junior staff crew scheduling in conjunction with Rig Manager Maintains time records and personnel records Maintains good relations with the 3rd party service engineers and representatives and takes care of their safety, so as to ensure safe operation of the rig Maintains good relation with all the rig crew members Arranges transport, accommodation and hotel reservations for all staff leaving and arriving on the rig. Notifies the RM if any discrepancies. Qualifications

Should have knowledge of computers MS office Should have good interpersonal skills and team spirit. Should have intellectual ability, as to analyze what is right and wrong, safe and unsafe. Communicates clearly Dependability & Reliability Effective personal presence Pace of Work Quality of Work
