Plan and execute events and marketing, manage logistics, partnerships, course listings and enrollment tracking, support curriculum delivery and evaluations, and assist with budgeting and cross-unit coordination to advance outreach and student engagement.

Administers and improves the Computer Science department’s servers, workstations, storage, networking, operating systems, security, backups, and HPC infrastructure. Leads upgrades, migrations, infrastructure projects, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and system documentation. Supports faculty, researchers, students, and staff; manages DNS, DHCP, authentication, access control, firewalls, and network services. Provides purchasing recommendations, technical consulting, endpoint and audiovisual support, mentoring, and on-call coverage.

Lead a team to operate and enhance the university's academic applications, manage incidents, change/release and vendor relations, oversee project delivery and resource planning, enforce ITSM and SDLC practices, and liaise with stakeholders to implement application strategy.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Sit-D training replication, incubation, and scale-up; engage law enforcement partners; lead study design and evaluation readiness; oversee IRB, data agreements, teams, funding, and external communications.
