Plan, coordinate, and execute College events including speaker visits, Class Day, and the Undergraduate Research Symposium. Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, promotions, and post-event wrap-up. Develop event tools, templates, timelines, and communications; advise units across the College; and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality event delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions, semantic models, reports, and dashboards. Analyze and profile data, optimize performance, provide production support, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to migrate analytics to cloud platforms, enforce BI standards, and promote adoption of self-service analytics.

Provide administrative and technical support to 5-7 faculty: prepare course materials and Canvas sites, manage TAs, assist research with data cleaning, analysis, manuscript prep, and lab/center operations; coordinate events and budgets, reconcile accounts, maintain web pages, and ensure compliance with University policies.

Support Medicine & Biological Sciences Development teams by coordinating fundraising activities, events, donor cultivation, volunteer programs, and data management in the Phoenix database; prepare reports, correspondence, gift allocation forms, and support team procedures to meet fundraising goals.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Center Director and senior leadership: manage complex calendars, draft correspondence, coordinate projects/events, handle budgets and expense reconciliation, maintain office operations across locations, liaise with university units and external collaborators, and manage confidential communications and documents.

Lead design and implementation of AI/ML models, data integration, analysis, and visualization for translational research.
