Support development and execution of principal gifts stewardship programs for donors giving $10M+. Create and deploy narrative and financial stewardship reports, manage donor communications and ad hoc reporting, track stewardship activity in Salesforce, train colleagues on policies and best practices, coordinate recognition and events, and collaborate with Advancement partners to maintain donor relationships and records.

Lead and manage prospect research team to identify and assess major and principal gift prospects. Designs, develops, and maintains .NET applications and APIs using AI-assisted development practices. Leverages AI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and design; integrates AI capabilities into applications; collaborates with users and IT teams; produces high-quality deliverables and promotes responsible, secure AI use.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot simulation technologies (manikins, task trainers, VR, A/V, software); provide technical and operational support during sessions; perform equipment maintenance and repairs; travel to off-site locations; support simulation-based education and data/inventory management; participate as embedded actor and contribute to quality improvement and administrative tasks.
