Provide cross-functional technical support and promote workplace health and safety.

Lead and mentor a ~20-person electrical design engineering team (including FPGA, EEE component, and packaging designers). Oversee assignments, technical guidance, performance reviews, process improvements, design reviews, KPI tracking, tooling selection, and cross-team coordination to deliver space, NASA, and military avionics within cost, schedule, and technical constraints.
