Lead end-to-end delivery of complex aerospace programmes from bid through certification, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional engineering teams while reporting to senior leadership and mentoring the programme team.

Lead design, development, and deployment of test equipment for circuit card assemblies and electronics boxes. Interface with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design to resolve production issues, train suppliers, integrate COTS equipment, and improve test software and hardware to optimize production and reduce test time.

Perform functional, environmental, and safety testing of electronic systems and PCBAs. Design and maintain test fixtures and procedures, prepare test reports and calibration certificates, and maintain the electronics lab using 6S/lean methods. Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturable testability, maintain requirements traceability, and improve test automation and processes.

Lead global strategy, sustainment, and improvement of aerospace test equipment. Manage lifecycle, obsolescence, supplier support, reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR), and cross-functional projects. Drive aftermarket/customer support, root-cause investigations, design upgrades, and capital requests while aligning engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain across global sites.

Serve as the technical liaison to electronics suppliers, conducting supplier qualification and audits, supporting NPI via APQP/PPAP, driving quality/process improvements, leading root-cause and corrective actions, defining process controls, and providing documentation and supplier training to meet production and quality targets.

Design, update, and support spacecraft mechanical systems for Meteor/Meteorite product lines. Create CAD models, evaluate designs for requirements and manufacturability, support documentation/PLM, investigate production issues, and develop test fixtures. Participate in proposals, gate reviews, and change management processes.

Manage employee and industrial relations in a manufacturing plant, ensuring statutory compliance, handling union interactions and disputes, advising managers on disciplinary matters, overseeing HR operations (attendance, canteen, transport, security, temporary staffing), supporting L&D, and planning employee engagement and welfare programs.

Manage and deliver assigned ERP finance modernization workstreams through all implementation phases. Plan projects, track scope/schedule/resources, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams and system integrators, support testing/cutover/go-live, and ensure adoption and transition to sustain teams while adhering to program governance and reporting standards.

Lead technical delivery of complex aerospace engineering programmes, acting as engineering focal point with customers. Drive design, analysis, documentation, certification support, continuous improvement, and mentor engineers. Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and schedule targets while liaising with manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.

Lead and manage aftermarket commercial aircraft programs, ensuring compliance with contracts, meeting scope/schedule/budget targets, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting proposals and process improvements, and maintaining customer communications to resolve issues and optimize program success.
