Lead ERP modernization workstreams for Sales & Service: plan and deliver projects across Prepare–Hypercare, manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, coordinate business, IT, and system integrator teams, support testing, cutover, go-live, and transition to sustainment while ensuring program governance and reporting.

Manage financial planning, forecasting, analysis, month‑end/year‑end close, statutory reporting and compliance. Lead budgeting, variance analysis, financial controls, audits, process improvements and provide strategic financial advice to leadership.

Provide hands-on engineering support across the product lifecycle for military aircraft electronics. Resolve production and test issues, maintain product integrity, drive producibility and quality improvements, support ECN/CRB/MRB processes, create work instructions and ATP/PAT procedures, lead root cause corrective actions, coordinate with customers/suppliers, track metrics (FPY, cost), mentor junior engineers, and act as technical/project lead when required.

Design and develop electrical test equipment and systems (hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, electro-pneumatic, servo) to verify product performance for military, commercial, and space applications. Perform trade studies, integrate electronics, document designs/tests, support assembly and test technicians, and maintain engineering records while collaborating with internal customers.

Manage and negotiate vendor contracts for indirect procurement categories; ensure compliance with company policies and trade/export regulations; collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams; maintain contract records and templates; mitigate contract risks and train procurement staff. Remote or hybrid role with occasional travel.

Develop and maintain hot-fire data setup, reduction, and analysis software; support and build LabVIEW-based data acquisition systems; assist test engineering and technicians with instrumentation setup, troubleshooting, and data interpretation across propulsion test programs.
