Manage programs from contract award through hardware/software delivery as single customer point of contact. Own program performance and status reporting. Lead matrixed teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts), ensure contractual scope adherence, handle multiple priorities under pressure, support export-controlled work, and obtain required U.S. security clearance. Some travel required.

Lead global deployment and management of enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs. Perform lab measurements with VNAs, spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes, assist antenna integration, support compliance/certification, develop test fixtures and simple automation (Python/MATLAB), and contribute to manufacturing transfer and field trials.

Lead system design of precision rotary servo electromechanical assemblies for aerospace and defense. Establish requirements across mechanical, electrical, thermal, and dynamics disciplines, predict system-level performance, lead integrated product teams, manage program status, interface with customers and suppliers, and prepare statements of work and product specifications.

Provide administrative and data support for supply chain operations: maintain records, compile and validate data, monitor inventory transactions, coordinate stakeholders, support compliance and audits, assist process improvements, and perform operational reporting and ad-hoc tasks to ensure accurate, timely supply chain information.

Support supplier manufacturing of complex machining, gear, and motor components through process development, capability analysis, risk mitigation, DFx/DFMA, PPAP/PFMEA, Gage R&R/MSA, and root-cause improvement to ensure compliant, capable, and high-quality production.

Support development and execution of project development plans for defense hardware and electronics. Coordinate program activities, monitor schedule and cost, resolve test anomalies, perform trade studies and analyses, and ensure transfer of producible, robust designs to production while interfacing with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Lead and deliver complex commercial aircraft programs from concept through delivery. Own schedule, cost, quality, risk, contracts, customer relationships, and financial performance while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams and developing program leadership and reporting to senior management.

Provide systems engineering for design, integration, test, and verification of electro-mechanical turret and fire-control subsystems. Develop control algorithms, build dynamic models and simulations, define hardware/software interfaces, support lab and field testing, interface with customers and suppliers, and generate technical documentation. Provide technical leadership and test support.
