Lead change management strategy for a MedTech supply chain transformation through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption planning, readiness assessments, and behavior-change measurement. Develop change plans, leadership messaging, FAQs, playbooks, and training materials; influence matrixed stakeholders; identify resistance and risks; coordinate with PMO, Finance, Operations, IT, and Analytics; and report adoption and sustainment outcomes.
