Coordinate and manage onboarding and integration for lateral partner hires across US and Canada. Schedule events, prepare materials, track milestones, support integration planning, assist reporting and data analysis, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and retention.

Supervise a small records team and manage daily legal records operations, including indexing, filing, retrieval, offsite storage coordination, vendor management, invoice processing, and project work.
