Support Fraud & Recovery attorneys in all litigation stages: prepare and e-file legal documents and subpoenas, manage discovery and case files, coordinate witnesses and depositions, perform factual/legal research using Lexis/Westlaw, and maintain client and case communications.

Develop and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI workflows, manage SSIS/SSRS and stored procedures, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to CI/CD, and collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders.

Provide centralized administrative support to attorneys: transcribe and prepare legal correspondence and filings, manage client/matter intake, docket critical dates, schedule depositions/mediations, handle e-filing and document management (electronic and paper), liaise with vendors and clients, prepare invoices/expense reports, and proofread and maintain case files.

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and client-facing events (socials, seminars, conferences, retreats, trade shows, speaking engagements). Manage site selection, vendor contracts, budgets, promotional products, on-site logistics, invoicing, post-event analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and design to produce event materials and strategies.

Lead firm-wide strategy, AI adoption, and operational transformation projects: develop strategic analyses and plans, identify and deploy AI use cases, redesign cross-functional processes, manage multiple workstreams, and drive change and adoption with senior leaders across practices and departments.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify leads, set appointments for senior leadership, maintain CRM records, research prospects, nurture early-stage leads, and meet activity and appointment-setting goals while collaborating on messaging and reporting outreach feedback.

Manage a portfolio of delinquent B2B accounts to resolve past-due invoices, negotiate payment solutions, investigate billing discrepancies, collaborate with Billing/Sales/Legal, and maintain accurate documentation to support cash flow and reduce account aging.
