Manage and sustain relationships on large, complex commercial lines accounts. Handle renewals, applications, endorsements, audits, carrier negotiations, proposals, and documentation. Mentor or supervise junior account staff and assist sales executives in identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities.

Serve as primary contact for assigned insurance accounts, build client and underwriter relationships, review policies and endorsements for accuracy, manage renewals and carrier negotiations, prepare proposals and documentation, investigate client issues, and potentially mentor junior team members.
