The Education & Events Coordinator manages logistics for events, assists with educational programming, and provides administrative support to the Events Management and Clinical Services teams.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar and travel coordination (domestic and international), call and visitor handling, meeting preparation and minutes, expense reporting, confidential records management, document and presentation preparation, data/report compilation, event coordination, and backup administrative support for managers and special projects.

The QC Lab Associate ensures laboratory operations run smoothly, maintains compliance, manages inventory, assists with equipment calibration, and supports QC Analysts and leadership.
