Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Inkitt’s MarTech and measurement ecosystem across mobile attribution, experimentation, CDP and event pipelines, lifecycle platforms, and ad integrations. Improve signal quality, acquisition efficiency, data governance, privacy, and observability. Partner with Growth, User Acquisition, CRM, Analytics, and Engineering to develop, launch, measure, and iterate on tooling and experiments.

Own the Cinematica AI-native video platform roadmap from ideation through launch and iteration. Own recommendations and discovery across Inkitt’s entertainment products, including feeds, search, onboarding, notifications, and cross-app experiences. Partner with Data Science on model requirements, design high-frequency experiments, evaluate causal business impact, and manage roadmap execution. The role requires building impact cases, independently analyzing results with SQL, ramping experiments, and delivering improvements in reading time, conversion, and renewal.

Own a consumer product line and its revenue, generating and prioritizing high-impact ideas through rigorous business cases. Lead product execution across specifications, design, engineering, QA, launches, experiments, and A/B ramps. Measure features against predicted impact, report results honestly, and elevate product standards. The role requires advanced SQL, quantified revenue impact, direct ownership of consumer monetization surfaces, hands-on individual-contributor work, and five-day onsite presence in San Francisco.

Own a consumer app or product area end to end, including roadmap, backlog, revenue, retention, feature ideation, opportunity sizing, execution, launches, and A/B testing. The role requires independently analyzing data, pitching high-impact ideas, partnering with design and engineering, and measuring results against forecasts. Product ownership may shift across Inkitt’s Galatea, CandyJar, Ironblood, and Inkitt platforms based on portfolio needs. This is a fully onsite role in San Francisco.

Manage content sourcing, scheduling, pricing, production workflows, partnerships, and market adaptation across 10 local markets. Use analytics and AI to optimize content quality, costs, engagement, retention, and acquisition. Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and creative teams to align storytelling with user insights, manage cross-functional initiatives, and develop scalable content strategies for a global media business.

Develops high-performing paid and organic creative for IronBlood series across social platforms. Responsibilities include extracting story hooks, writing short-form scripts and deleted scenes, briefing AI-powered designers, managing paid creative production, monitoring trends, developing audience personas, partnering with screenwriters, and using performance data and A/B testing to optimize user acquisition campaigns.

Drive engagement and growth across in-app book communities by designing initiatives, campaigns, virtual events, and discussion strategies. Coordinate community moderators, content calendars, messaging, and push notifications while recruiting super users and representing brand voices. Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback to refine strategies, increase participation, and improve retention. Collaborate across CRM, in-app, and social channels to promote community activities and upcoming stories.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid user acquisition channels. Design and analyze experiments to find scalable growth levers, build and optimize campaigns for acquisition and revenue, partner cross-functionally, and develop repeatable testing frameworks and playbooks to drive long-term growth.

Translate scripts into cinematic short films using AI production tools; select and refine generated footage; shape pacing and emotional continuity; build cohesive edits from script to final cut; provide creative feedback and balance ambition with practical execution.
