Manage quote approvals, debit extensions, pricing quotations, demand forecasting, revenue tracking, sell-through analysis, and opportunity follow-up for a semiconductor business unit. Drive issue triage, customer qualification, and AI-enabled testing, including predictive triage, log analysis, anomaly detection, and intelligent test selection.

Designs and simulates signal and power integrity solutions for advanced communications SoC packages, PCBs, connectors, and high-speed systems. Architects power delivery and signal integrity with IC, layout, board, thermal, and test teams. Performs SerDes, channel, transient, frequency-domain, and PDN simulations; develops electrical models using field solvers; and supports RF, 5G, optical, data center, and storage applications. Uses lab instrumentation and industry standards to guide package and PCB designs.

Develop and maintain internal Python frameworks, test automation tools, full-stack web applications, REST APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments. Improve code quality, package management, automation, testing, and release workflows while supporting test engineering teams. Debug issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers, collaborate with distributed engineering teams, and apply AI tools to accelerate development.

Leads system-level integration, test strategy, automation, and validation for embedded networking and optical platforms. Develops firmware test plans, procedures, and automated test cases using C, Python, and Robot Framework. Owns SONiC switch OS integration, network bring-up, debugging, root-cause analysis, and CI readiness. Collaborates across software, ASIC, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving test framework architecture and reliability.

Supports PON CPE customer projects from development through mass production, including product bring-up, software integration, system validation, interoperability testing, and field issue resolution. Debugs embedded Linux systems using MaxLinear SDK and reference designs, provides technical training, supports evaluations and design-ins, and collaborates with customers, partners, and internal teams on technical and business decisions.

Supports optical semiconductor product customers and internal teams through system applications engineering, design wins, product demonstrations, technical training, issue debugging, validation, and field testing. Develops reference designs, test plans, reports, datasheets, application notes, and user guides. Contributes to product roadmaps and competitive analysis, manages PCB and PCBA vendors, and delivers evaluation kits. Requires expertise in optical transceivers, high-speed digital and RF hardware, analog circuits, firmware, and application-layer software.

Lead PCIe Gen5/Gen6 PHY validation from pre-silicon planning through silicon bring-up, board validation, compliance, interoperability, manufacturing, and customer ramp support. Perform advanced electrical characterization, modeling, simulation, link training debug, margining, and system-level failure isolation across PHY, firmware, boards, packages, connectors, retimers, and platforms. Develop validation strategies, analyze high-speed measurements, support compliance labs and production testing, mentor engineers, and provide technical recommendations to leadership.
