Lead development and execution of integrated B2B media strategies across client accounts. Translate marketing goals into full-funnel media plans, evaluate channels and vendors, oversee campaign activation and optimization, establish measurement frameworks, manage budgets and vendor relationships, present recommendations to clients, and mentor media team members to ensure strategic quality and measurable results.

Lead paid search strategy and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for complex client programs. Own campaign architecture, budgets, forecasting, measurement, testing, and optimization. Partner with analytics, creative, CRM, and automation teams to improve attribution and reporting. Mentor and develop SEM team members, establish operating standards, and support account growth and new business with strategic audits and recommendations.

Lead day-to-day PR for 5–6 accounts, act as strategic lead for at least two, develop and execute major PR campaigns, secure top-tier media and broadcast coverage, produce brand-compliant materials, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships and KPIs, and support new business and upsell efforts.
