Serve as primary client advocate, build and maintain broker and employer relationships, use analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend plan design and upsells, lead reporting and renewal activities, coordinate onboarding and vendor/internal teams, and support revenue growth through retention and product recommendations.

Prepare and send monthly customer invoices, calculate and verify fees across systems, respond to billing inquiries, apply customer payments, and support revenue reporting and other billing tasks.

Lead daily IT operations and design monitoring frameworks for a Microsoft-centric environment. Implement and manage Azure/Datadog monitoring, analyze alerts, maintain SOPs/runbooks, collaborate with architecture, security, and app teams, and enforce uptime, patching, change control, and compliance (SOC/HIPAA). Serve as escalation for complex operational/security incidents.
