Run and optimize Meta Ads conversion campaigns, manage budgets and audience strategy, monitor lead quality and performance KPIs, perform campaign QA, conduct A/B tests, and collaborate with creative teams using data-driven feedback. The role owns acquisition metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and LTV while identifying anomalies and improving campaign efficiency.
