ELVTR is an online education company offering live courses led by industry experts and senior executives. Our Ukrainian engineering team builds internal systems, AI tools, operational platforms, and product improvements used across the company.

We need a hands-on IT Project Manager who can make technical delivery clear, visible, and dependable. You will work directly with our CTO and coordinate engineers and business stakeholders from the first request through release, rollout, and adoption.

This is not a Product Manager, Scrum-only, Engineering Manager, Head of Delivery, or administrative role. You will own delivery mechanics, but not product priorities, architecture, technical estimates, or people management.

What you will do
  • Keep Asana accurate across every initiative and request, including minor tickets.
  • Turn discussions into clear owners, milestones, dates, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
  • Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before engineering commits to work.
  • Propose and negotiate delivery plans, then track the plan confirmed by the CTO.
  • Coordinate execution, testing, releases, incidents, support, rollout, and adoption follow-through.
  • Surface blockers and slippage early, bring options, and escalate material risks through the agreed route.
  • Follow up with business stakeholders as firmly as engineers when their decisions block delivery.
  • Improve the operating process without adding unnecessary ceremony.
  • Interview stakeholders and run light business analysis when a request arrives without clear requirements — you turn ambiguity into a workable spec, not just a ticket.
  • Own user acceptance testing before release: confirm the delivered work actually solves the business problem it was meant to solve.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of software Project Management ownership, ideally in outsourcing or IT services.
  • Fluent professional Ukrainian and strong Upper-Intermediate English, B2+ minimum; C1 preferred.
  • Direct experience with UK, US, Canadian, or European clients and distributed engineering teams is  a plus.
  • Experience running 2-4 workstreams or coordinating roughly 5-15 engineers, QA, design, and DevOps specialists.
  • End-to-end experience from discovery or intake through production release, plus maintenance, support, or incidents.
  • Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and writing requirements yourself when there's no dedicated BA.
  • Practical ownership of scope, dates, dependencies, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Monday.com, or a similar tool.
  • Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, environments, QA, regression, deployments, rollbacks, databases, and incidents without pretending to be an engineer.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype small internal fixes or automations.
  • Calm judgment, polite persistence, attention to detail, and comfort influencing without line authority.
  • Earlier Business Analysis or QA experience is a strong advantage.
  • A technical degree, coding background, PMP, Scrum certification, or EdTech experience is optional.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy gym membership reimbursements, mental health benefits, generous vacation allowances, and complimentary access to all our courses.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Work remotely with a schedule that accommodates your personal and professional needs.
  • Growth Opportunities: Join a company committed to your professional development, offering abundant opportunities for career advancement.
