Lead and own the agencys creative vision; manage and mentor a six-person creative team; generate bold experiential concepts; stay hands-on in concepting, art direction, and content creation; collaborate with account, strategy, and production to execute live, hybrid, and tech-driven campaigns; support budgets, schedules, and freelance/vendor relationships; represent creative to clients and leadership.

Support day-to-day execution of experiential marketing campaigns by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks and timelines, creating Run of Show, processing expenses, monitoring budgets, onboarding and scheduling field staff, managing client communications, supporting program close-out and light business-development work. Travel to onsite activations as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Own Pixis' finance function: run monthly close and reporting, implement standalone payroll/benefits and ERP configurations, lead M&A financial diligence and post-close integrations, manage FP&A, tax, compliance, investor reporting, and scale finance systems and controls for multi-entity growth.

Lead large-scale, high-profile experiential and live-event programs as account/program lead. Own client success, profitability, budgets, SOWs, venue sourcing, sponsorship negotiations, and billing. Coordinate Production, Creative, and Talent, mentor senior staff, drive organic growth and proposals, improve processes, represent the agency externally, and travel to oversee activations.
