Serve as company chief lawyer and executive team member. Provide legal advice to executives and board, manage multi-jurisdictional insurance regulatory, reinsurance and dispute matters, oversee compliance (AML/privacy), coordinate with regulators and outsourced counsel, support M&A, and lead legal team and related training.

Lead revenue growth for a defined Canadian territory by building and managing distribution channels and agents. Develop and execute regional market and distribution strategies, recruit and train intermediaries, establish agent targets and incentive plans, coordinate with account management and operations, represent commercial interests in risk/claims/underwriting committees, and manage travel and budgets to grow a profitable international health insurance portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean. Requires extensive travel (up to 50%).
