Provides executive and administrative support to the CEO and senior management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, stakeholder coordination, confidential information handling, project support, and general clerical duties. Requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Manages relationships with master agents and sub-agents, serving as the communication link between Sales and Operations. Supports new business and renewals, resolves commission and service inquiries, provides product and portal training, prepares reports, coordinates seminars and office visits, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with fluency in Spanish and English and experience serving demanding international clients.
