POSITION PURPOSE:
Under direct Finance VP supervision, lead the Finance Transformation Program, including, but not limited to, driving improvements in reporting, budgeting, and planning processes; implementing efficiency and productivity initiatives across all finance functions; advancing data modeling and analytics capabilities in collaboration with the Data & Analytics (D&A) team; standardizing financial processes across the organization; enhancing management reporting; and providing executive decision-support insights. This role will serve as a key contributor to the Finance AI adoption journey, helping transform the Finance organization into a digital-driven function.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate the Finance Transformation Program, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives and finance priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and operating efficiency across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations, Controllership and other finance functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, simplification, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.
- Support the redesign and standardization of finance processes, policies, and reporting frameworks across the organization.
- Enhance management reporting packages for executive leadership and Board-level audiences.
- Analyze financial and operational performance trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations for management action.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics (D&A) team to advance finance data architecture, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions.
- Act as a key contributor to the Finance AI adoption strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy or Business Administration.
- MBA, master’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline preferred but not exclusive
- Solid 5 years growing experience in financial planning, accounting, or Big four auditing company.
- Preferred knowledge/Experience with Insurance companies
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Phyton or other business intelligence and visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL, database structures, and data analytics methodologies.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Five years of progressive experience in financial planning, accounting, or Big Four auditing
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or comparable business intelligence and visualization tools
- Working knowledge of SQL, database structures, and data analytics methodologies
- MBA or master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline
- Knowledge or experience with insurance companies
