Own product discovery, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management from problem definition through delivery. Design, develop, and own scalable cloud-native enterprise services using Java, Python, Azure, Databricks, microservices, and REST APIs. Apply AI-first development practices to improve engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, increase code quality, and streamline delivery. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and global engineering teams on architecture, design, code reviews, and Agile planning. Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence, DevOps adoption, automated testing, and modern software development practices.

Lead an AI-focused engineering cell across the full feature lifecycle, from refining business requirements and designing architectures to developing AI agents, full-stack systems, infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, testing, and CI/CD automation. Serve as the technical contact for international clients, research productivity-enhancing technologies, and continuously improve agent frameworks and workflows.

Develops and maintains data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and processing. Builds data solutions using Python and SQL, works with diverse data sources, monitors and troubleshoots pipelines, and supports deployment through Git and CI/CD practices. Collaborates with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions while improving data quality, performance, and scalability. Azure, Databricks, and PySpark experience are advantageous.

Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud applications for international clients. Responsibilities include building Apex features, configuring Flows and validation rules, developing Lightning Web Components, integrating REST APIs, managing source code with Git, and working within Agile teams using Jira. The role also involves exploring generative AI tools to improve productivity and code quality. Preferred experience includes CPQ, subscription management, AWS Lambda, Boomi, Zuora, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS CDK, and Salesforce certifications.
