At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.
With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.
We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.
We are seeking a Product Manager to work directly with the teams of an international client, owning product outcomes from discovery through delivery. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define problems worth solving, shape the roadmap, and ensure the squad ships solutions that create measurable value.
Ideal candidates are engaged with digital transformation, comfortable making trade-offs under ambiguity, and motivated to learn and apply new technologies in complex environments. You contribute to communities inside and outside CI&T and help raise the bar for product practice on the account.
This position requires the candidate to be located in Austin, Texas, for 100% in-person work at the client site.
Your Mission
Own product discovery and problem definition: engage clients and stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and desired outcomes; validate assumptions before committing engineering capacity.
Define and communicate product direction: translate insights into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
Drive prioritization and trade-offs: facilitate roadmap and backlog discussions with business and technical partners so the squad focuses on the highest-impact work.
Partner with engineering and design throughout delivery: balance user value, feasibility, compliance, and time-to-market; resolve scope and dependency questions as the product evolves.
Measure and iterate: establish success metrics, run feedback loops with stakeholders and users, and use evidence to refine the product over time.
Improve how the squad works: identify process gaps, promote effective agile and product practices, and help the team deliver predictably without losing sight of outcomes.
Share knowledge and build alignment: foster collaboration across squads and functions; capture learnings that improve future product decisions on the account.
Qualifications
Required:
Advanced/fluent English for daily client-facing communication.
3+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent ownership of a product area end-to-end), with a track record of shipping solutions in complex environments.
Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally health IT: process improvement, workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and awareness of regulatory/compliance constraints (e.g. HIPAA-adjacent contexts).
Strong product discovery skills: interviews, problem framing, hypothesis-driven thinking, and turning insights into actionable backlog items.
Ability to define and prioritize a backlog: user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear done definitions that guide delivery without micromanaging implementation.
Familiarity with agile product development (Scrum/Kanban) and working closely with cross-functional squads.
Excellent stakeholder management: aligning executives, business owners, and engineering on goals, scope, and trade-offs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions.
Proficiency with common product and agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, analytics or roadmapping tools).
Preferred:
Experience on client-site or consulting engagements with international stakeholders.
Background bridging business and technology, with enough technical fluency to discuss architecture, integrations, and feasibility with engineers.
Experience in regulated industries where compliance shapes product decisions.
Contribution to product or agile communities (internal guilds, talks, mentoring, or similar).
