Design scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, mentor senior engineers and architects, advise clients, manage technical risks, and champion AI-augmented delivery practices. Support pre-sales through discovery sessions, technical proposals, statements of work, scope definition, presentations, and account expansion. Partner with the Engineering Director to strengthen client relationships and ensure architectural consistency across projects.

Designs and evolves scalable decoupled architectures, including frontend, backend, microservices, and headless systems. Defines architectural standards, secure and documented APIs, versioning, governance, and frontend best practices using Next.js. Leads Salesforce and SAP integrations while ensuring data consistency and reliability. The role also communicates solution designs to product managers and may apply AI throughout the SDLC, support mobile architecture, and contribute to e-commerce solutions.

Owns the architecture and delivery of scalable, cloud-native distributed systems on AWS, including infrastructure as code and production operations. Creates architecture decision records, translates business requirements into technical plans, and guides engineering stakeholders. Provides mentorship through code reviews and design critiques while developing generative AI, LLM, and AI-agent solutions with a strong focus on security, reliability, cost, performance, and scalability.

Designs digital products and conducts user research from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, personas, journey maps, and design specifications; planning usability tests, interviews, and surveys; analyzing research data; conducting competitive analysis; collaborating with product and engineering teams; advocating for user-centered decisions; presenting insights; and supporting development handoff.

Design and maintain high-performance Java and Go backend services, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and real-time communication solutions. Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes, maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and implement observability, monitoring, security, and cost optimization.
